- Shallow Water: Like most of El Ahyaa, the sea is very shallow for a long distance. You have to walk far out to swim deep. Ideally, use the jetty.
- Isolation: There is nothing outside the hotel except sand and other hotels. No shops or cafes within walking distance.

El Ahyaa is in the north of Hurghada, about 20km from the airport. Uber might cancel on you because it's "too far" for them to come back empty.
