The Verdict
π‘ Salem Says:
This building is a landmark on Sheraton Road, but not because it's beautiful. It looks a bit like a concrete fortress.
However, people (especially divers) love it for three reasons: It is dirt cheap, the apartments are huge (some are 120mΒ²), and it has private beach access across the street. If you don't care about "curb appeal" and just want a massive pad near the bars, this is it.

β The Good
- Space: You get a ballroom-sized living room for β¬20.
- Beach: Guests get a key to a private beach plot across the street.
- Central: You are on Sheraton Road. Everything is 1 min away.
β The Bad
- Old: The plumbing and lifts can be temperamental.
- Dark: Some apartments face the inner shaft and get no sun.
- Noise: Sheraton Road honking is constant (get sea view side).
π Direct Beach Access
Unlike most apartment blocks where you have to pay day-use fees at hotels, Regency Towers has its own strip of sand. It's not the Maldives, but it's yours. You just grab your towel, cross the street, and unlock the gate.
β Common Questions

Yes, there is a doorman (Bawab) at the entrance 24/7. It's safe, but it's a very open building.
Is there a pool?
No. But you have the sea.
