The Verdict
π‘ Salem Says:
This is the most popular budget family resort for a reason. It is enormous. It sits right in the city center but feels like its own village. You have cinemas, a zoo, multiple beaches, and slides.
If you want quiet, run away. If you want endless entertainment for kids for a low price, this is the gold standard.

β The Good
- Two Beaches: One lagoon (calm) and one open sea.
- Food Court: Instead of just buffet, they have a food court with pizza/Asian stations nearby.
- Location: Right next to McDonald's, shops, and the marina.
- Great Aqua Park for all ages.
β The Bad
- It can feel like a factory at meal times (thousands of people).
- Salesmen on the beach are annoying (spa, tours, etc.).
- Check-in queues can be long.
π‘ Crazy Features
Seagull tries to do everything. And it kind of succeeds.
π

Yes, there are birds and monkeys. Kids love it.
πΏ

π½οΈ

ποΈ Old vs New Sections
The resort is split into "Old Seagull" and "New Seagull" (Club). They are connected.
New Seagull (Club) has newer rooms and is closer to the Aqua Park. Old Seagull is closer to the sea but rooms are more dated. Try to request a room in the "New" building for better AC and furniture, although the "Old" building has better sea views.
