This hotel stands out because of its beautiful Moroccan architecture. It has huge gardens, wide open spaces, and it feels... serene.
It is located next to Serenity Fun City (the aqua park hotel), but Alpha Beach is the "serious" sister. It focuses on the beach, the pools, and relaxation. It’s perfect for couples or families with older kids who don't need constant noise.
Why Stay Here?
Great Snorkeling
Makadi Bay has excellent reefs, and the jetty here drops you right onto a beautiful coral garden. You will see more fish here than in most Hurghada hotels.
Architecture
The domes, arches, and fountains create a lovely atmosphere. It feels exotic and well-designed for photos.
Pools Everywhere
There are multiple pools, including a saltwater pool and quiet zones. You rarely have to fight for a sunbed.

✅ The Good Stuff
- Space: The rooms are large and the resort is spread out.
- Relaxation: It’s much quieter than neighboring hotels. No aggressive animation team dragging you to volleyball.
- Gardens: Very well maintained and green, which is nice in the desert.
❌ The "Meh" Stuff
- Beach Shoes: The entry to the water is rocky/coral. You MUST wear sea shoes or use the jetty.
- Isolation: It is at the far end of Makadi. You are purely resort-bound unless you take a taxi.
🚕 Far from Airport
Makadi is 30-40 mins from Hurghada Airport. Taxis can be expensive.
