It is technically 4 stars, but the facilities (especially the Aqua Park) feel like 5 stars. It is located on the Mamsha, so you can walk safely at night. It's not the cheapest, but for families who want a reliable, safe, and fun holiday without paying Rixos prices, it's perfect.

✅ The Good
- Aqua Park: Genuine thrill slides, not just for kids.
- Food: Better quality than most 4-star hotels.
- Location: Right on the promenade. Close to Little Buddha.
- Submarine: They own the only tourist submarine in Hurghada!
❌ The Bad
- Beach: It's across the street (private access), not directly attached to the lobby.
- Crowds: The pool area gets very busy in summer.
- Price: It has become more expensive recently.
🌊 The Aqua Park
This isn't a "couple of slides in a corner". This is a full water park with wave pools, boomerang slides, and a lazy area. People actually buy day passes just to come here, but as a guest, it's free.
🛏️ The Room Advice
They have been renovating block by block. Always ask for a Renovated Room or a "Standard Wave" room. The older rooms are fine but feel a bit 2010. The new rooms are modern, bright, and have great showers.
