Tiba View is cheap. Insanely cheap (sometimes €18/night). Why? Because it is in Al Ahyaa, which is about 20km north of Hurghada center.
It is a modern compound with glorious swimming pools (like a resort). It is perfect for kitesurfers because the best kite spots are 5 minutes away. If you don't have a car or hate taxis, you will feel isolated. If you want peace and pools, it's a steal.

- Pools: Multiple huge pools with slides. Resort quality.
- Modern: The building is new (unlike Regency Towers). nice finishing.
- Price: The cheapest decent option on this list.
❌ The Bad
- Location: You need an Uber for EVERYTHING (Supermarket, Bar, etc).
- Wind: It is in a wind tunnel (great for kites, bad for hairstyles).
- WiFi: Usually absent. Rely on your 4G.

This area (Al Ahyaa) is famous for one thing: Kitesurfing. The wind is consistent here. Tiba View is filled with Polish and German kitesurfers who leave at 9 AM and come back at sunset.
